Question #1: What streaming
services are available?
24/7 streaming, on-demand, live events. Other services include customized player,
click to buy, ad insertion, ad targeting abilities, email
abilities.

Question #2: Business Model
Barter? Cash? Revenue Share? On streaming, ad insertion,
e-Commerce… We offer a straight low monthly cost cash deal.
Barter and revenue share may be considered.
Question #3: Term
How long is contract? Any exclusivity by market?
Contracts are typically 1-year
minimum. No exclusives.
Question #4: Receivables
What do the stations receive? Hardware, software, any type of
training, customer support, etc.
Stations receive all necessary
hardware (with minimum contract) and software, and phone /
pcAnywhere support needed to get your stream live and on your
website.
Question #5: Network
Architecture
Description of network topology - centralized, distributed, how
does signal acquisition take place, etc…
The Neuron Broadcasting
Technologies network was designed with large bandwidth video in
mind and has been strategically built from coast to coast with multiple locations. With the implementation of our stream
acquisition and replication we have redundant sites across the
web. The signal acquisition from your stations can occur in
several ways. Dedicated dialup connection, isdn, dsl, 2-way cable
modem, or your company network.

Rates
What format and bit rates do you recommend?
Neuron Broadcasting Technologies
streams using Microsoft Windows Media Technologies. Our standard
configuration is 16K and 32K audio feeds. We can customize a
solution based on your applications.
Question #7: Reporting
Capabilities
What type of reports are available about streaming usage, banner
click thrus and e-commerce?
For larger groups, ad campaigns can
be setup for you and you can manage your own ad server with a
minimum contract. Reporting for all other info can be provided on
a monthly or bimonthly basis.

What makes you different from your competitors?
Neuron Broadcasting Technologies streams each station in multiple bit rates and using our
proprietary auto-detect technology, determines the actual bandwidth of the web
user and passes them the best stream and still leaves them
bandwidth to surf.

Question #9: Ramp Time
What's the average ramp time to get a station streaming?
Neuron Broadcasting Technologies
can have your station online typically within 1 week. For larger
clusters or groups, please allow 2 weeks. 25 stations 5 locations,
3 weeks. 50 stations, 12 locations 1 month. Also based upon local
bandwidth capabilities.
