Neuron Broadcasting's pre-processing technology was developed by carefully
analyzing multiple video clips that range from fast motion, to high graphical
content, to your basic speaker presentation videos. Neuron Broadcasting has
developed specialized encoding profiles to analyze the video source prior to
compression and to achieve optimal end user experience, at speeds ranging from
19k to 350k. A sample of each video is encoded to determine the achievable frame
rate against a known profile and from those results the file is encoded using
one of the profiles.
